I was over 20 net carbs a couple of days this week, so I suppose that accounts for the uptick on the idiot box. This week will continue to be a struggle since I am feeding a 8 house guests all week, but I love having them here so I will just have to be careful. Have a great week everyone!
226.5 lb Lost so far: 38.5 lb.    Still to go: 91.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
