I had a piece of toast!!!!! Ezekiel bread, 9 net carbs and it was wonderful. way to set the mood for a great day.. I think as long as its only once a week or less I will be fine. I'm still actively losing and I work out like a beast every week that i feel like as long as I burn more than I intake, Ill be fine. Just have to remind myself to not get too comfortable. 11 lbs away from 100 lbs total..I got my eye on the prize..I just need to stay focused and push thru. I tried on some of my skinny jeans and they fit but just a bit too tight for my liking bc they cause a muffin top.. soooo need to work on that..
Goals for the week
1. Get to gym 5-6 times
2. Be sure to get my cardio in..
3. Up my water intake..since Im taking creatine I need to be sure to drink at least a gallon a day
4. Stay away from sweets.. its way to easy to have a bite of this and a bite of that.
5. Dont be so hard on myself. its ok to sleep in. Ive come so far, I don't need to be a Atkins nazi.. I can have fruit and not feel guilty.
6. Know my limits.. know when to say enough is enough.
7. Dont get cocky.. This is an ongoing process and I will never be done ..
8. Remember to have fun...No one like a stick in the mud..
