I've always weighed myself at the office. Today I weighed myself 'in the bare' and found out I was 145.2. This was a nice boost as I will not see myself as thin until I get under 145.

I still have not lost a lot on the scales. However, I can see a difference in my shape. I now have a very well defined waist. I have tried on some dresses and can see some shape in my calves. I haven't wore a dress in public yet, but I hope to before Christmas.

I'm still following a lower end of the OWL routine, with the permission to cheat.

I still use olive oil althought I don't brush my skin as religiously as I could. Still - I have very few, small defined stretch marks and almost no loose baggy skin on my stomach. It isn't a fold, just loose. I am not sure if it is because I've taken 2 years to lose the weight, the olive oil, the brushing, - or drinking plenty of fluids.

My goal is still to reach 130-135 which I'm told is my healthy weight. But realiztically, I won't drop to less than 20% BMI...which is still a long way away. I haven't weighed in in a month. I've been on holiday. I was careful what I ate - very. Especially the calories that you consume in a simple cold drink. I was more active which I believe is why I've dropped another couple pant sizes.

My current goals are to be in a size 9 jean by Christmas. And to say goodbye to 150 forever.
148.8 lb Lost so far: 46.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
