I am kind of maintaining right now, I have had a bad last week, lots of slips. Only went to the gym twice, was hoping for 3 times, may try to make up for it on the weekend. Hopefully I will go into next week supercharged.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
