Well I got on the scale just so that I could see where I am and I am still steady..no change up or down....that is great! I am very happy that I am able to maintain where I am at! Now if I can just get back in the gym...I know I keep saying it and I should just do it, but things have been so crazy with work that I just haven't had the time....then by the time I get home from work I am too tired to do anything....it has just been kind of strange! I guess as long as I am maintaining and not gaining I shouldn't be so hard on my self! I am very please with the way I am looking, with the exception of the fact that I need to tone up, but that will come this winter, will have more time for the gym for sure!

My eating today:
Breakfast: Grapefruit
Meal #2: Smoothie
Meal #3: going to lunch with a co-worker, Mexican food, they have a great veggie burrito, beans, rice and veggies, so that is what I am planning on having, it probably isn't completely right for the diet, but it will have to do.
Meal #4: Brown Rice and sauteed veggies


Keep up the great work everyone!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing so awesome just by continuing to eat healthy. You truly learned a new lifestyle that will maintain your current weight. That's half the battle!

Congrats on the no change - that's still good news. Even if you can't make it to the gym and you feel up to it, try maybe some strength exercises instead. You might stressing yourself out too much worrying about getting to the gym. It'll come - keep up the great job!!

don't go home--leave a gym bag in your trunk. Once you're there it'll be fine...you can do it!
