Good week socially, bad week for the diet. Went out for my birthday, good food good wine, and good company - BAD FOR DIET.
However, I'm working hard at the gym so still making progress.
196.2 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
