Yikes, what happened? I don't think this was a bad week, just the opposite in fact. Hmmmm.

Well, all I can do is keep trying. Right now I'm focusing on getting out there and running plus doing some core work in the evenings.

Plans for the weekend - well that's obvious, take my son out trick or treating! And then come home and hopefully get an extra hour of sleep.
