Continuing low carb diet, exercising just about every day, sometimes 2x/day, and lifting weights. My pants are loose and I see a difference naked. I'm on a roll! I think I'll hit my girst goal of 185 by next week, then as hard as it will be, I'll try to maintain 185 til Thanksgiving so I don't lose too much too fast & risk gaining it all back.
188.8 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're doing great! If you don't mind me asking, about how long did it take for you to start seeing results?

Within days Emerald. I realize it's mostly water weight, but it's a great kick start to see results within a few days! Low carb helps me get off the sugary junk food. I stop eating the stupid crap like chips & cookies, and also high carb food like bread, rice, potatoes, etc. After a few days I don't crave it anymore, and I have a few pounds lost to motivate me to continue to eat clean and exercise. It works for me.
