Reached my first mini-goal! It's not one of my challenge days but I just had to record it, I'm crazy excited :D I'm officially under 200 pounds!

Congratulations! That's really hard to do with young kids! (That's speaking as someone who couldn't get it together while my kids are young--now they're in high school and it's much easier.)

Thank you, it definitely hasn't been easy, I was not a fast loser in the first week like lots of people on Atkins but I refuse to quite. I guess me being pretty obsessive over some things pays off :)
