Having trouble at night eating too much dinner. Tighter blood sugar controls are also making things difficult but healthier.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I always have trouble wanting to eat too much for dinner. I try though to plan out what I will have for an evening snack and that usually helps me to not overeat. Also, once my plate is clean I immediately rinse it and start doing the dishes, because once I've done that there's no going back to get more. Why does food have to taste so good?!
