Had a gain this week, but I'm trying to do better. I've exercised the last couple of days and I'm hoping the funk that I was in is going away. I've been having such a hard time right now, I think the weather change has made all of my joints scream at me and that makes me not want to do anything. I guess I just have to keep moving and see what tomorrow brings.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
