Holding steady at 130. This morning I noticed that my waist is visibly smaller. The area below-well that's a different story. Did some ab stuff, planks and push ups this morning and walked to work. Will run home. Switched to Americano with a bit of half and half to reduce my non-fat milk intake with the lattes. Thing is I don't like coffee but need the 5% caffeine. I think it's a placebo effect. Got the IPAD yesterday-wow! So excited to load it with Apps for Paris. CAn't get it on my wireless though :( SU is going to work on it today.

I leave for Paris Oct 6. So excited. How will I handle the food? By eating it of course! Seriously? Well I am trying to get down to 125 before I leave so I have some wiggle room. And I will be walking a ton! I plan to be very judicious in my choices. Bread? Yes but not at every meal. Dessert? Yes! But will eat a light main course so I can have dessert. Souffle!!!

Right on! I am sure you will walk loads and will be conscience of what you eat in Paris. Good idea making room to wiggle a little. Most important thing though, do not beat yourself up when you come back -if you do not like the number on the scale. In case it is up, know that you expected it, deserved it, and you can handle it! Easy!
