Nothing to say. Just that Thanksgiving is over and the pumpkin pie is all gone! However, last night I had supper and eat more than normal plus I wanted to keep eating. Maybe it's that time of the year when we think we need to eat more as it's time to go into hibernation!!
176.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
