Up a couple of pounds..but I'm not going to record it todayIll give myself a chance to lose it before I weigh in next week... talk about not facing reality! hehe
I'm going to Mexico next month & so I have my work cut out for me.

Diet followed reasonably well.

you know, regardless of a couple pounds you are still doing awesome, which i think you must know! you have the right attitude and i'm sure you'll be feeling mighty proud of yourself when you go away!
