grrrrr... I did lose today but I'm still 1.4 away from my low. Maybe it's from not getting enough sleep lately but I don't know what I'm supposed to do about that- I'm trying but sometimes you just have life and you can't sleep quite as much. Hmm.
150.2 lb Lost so far: 45.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 September 2011:
1482 kcal Fat: 47.01g | Prot: 52.43g | Carb: 238.82g.   Breakfast: ghiradelli semisweet chips. Lunch: Vegan Mac from FFV, onion, great value black beans, calidad chips, great value salsa, cherry tomatoes. Dinner: onion, Golden Baked Tofu, Vegan Pho Broth, Maifun Rice Sticks, Hoisin Sauce, Siracha Hot Chili Sauce, eggplant. Snacks/Other: Vegan Mac from FFV, ghiradelli semisweet chips, water, nature's own, watermelon, bestlife, smucker's natural peanut butter. more...


Some times life gets in the way...but you have lost over 45 pounds..that in its self is awesome....Bren

Thanks- it just gets frustrating because I've kinda hit a wall. I'm trying to start losing again after maintaining for a while and it just doesn't want to budge. It's alright though- it'll get there!
