I've been sick and it is killing me. I have also been having back trouble which has prevented me from playing tennis too. I'm back on the bike for the first time in a couple of weeks tonight & I'm looking forward to it. I have a hike planned for tomorrow evening with Steph and hopefully I can resume with my core strenthening this week. I will know by Thursday.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
