:) I wasn't expecting to have a loss because I know I tend to overeat, especially at dinner and breakfast. However thankfully there IS a loss, and this is a good reminder to be more diligent so that I can have greater losses in the future.
162.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
