Down again! This is either working or my mind is telling it to work. I wanted to lose Visceral Fat ...(belly fat) ... was looking through Pinterest and found this detox drink to lose that type of FAT ... Here it is.
1 tbsp Turmeric
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Honey
10 oz of Water.

Drink every morning. If anyone tries this let me know your results.
314.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 74.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You can't lose fat from just one place, belly fat is an indication of how much visceral fat you have, but it's all the same kind of fat. What your drinking will increase thermogenics and cause you to flush water, which will shrink your belly. But if you want to lose fat, the only way to do it is decrease sugar and calories + exercise. If you don't burn more than you eat, it won't matter WHAT you eat. Good luck!

Wow did not know you were such a nutritionist with such starch facts. Yes what you call thermogenics is actually metabolism. Yes I am flushing water along with the fat ... yes it is shrinking my belly and weight. So your point is more calories in means more weight gain. How genius.
