You can't lose fat from just one place, belly fat is an indication of how much visceral fat you have, but it's all the same kind of fat. What your drinking will increase thermogenics and cause you to flush water, which will shrink your belly. But if you want to lose fat, the only way to do it is decrease sugar and calories + exercise. If you don't burn more than you eat, it won't matter WHAT you eat. Good luck!
