Looks like a wet day. A day at work and then home to pour concrete for gate posts. Need to change phone service. Need to buy a new computer. Need to pay bills. Need, need, need! (Welcome to my shopping list.) :)
187.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
