still maintaining...bought some salmon, yummy. We hadn't eaten chocolate pudding for a while. When we did, it makes our legs twitchy. not good. Putting up the xmas tree today and can't stop crying because my girls are grown and out of town and I can't get happy about being an empty-nester. Now I know how my mother felt...just empty. I am surprised I am feeling this way. I guess it's the Seattle area gloomy weather that doesn't help! I will survive! luv, mary
