I usually weigh in at the gym around 11:00 AM, right before my session with my trainer. We had to move it to yesterday afternoon, so I weighed in around 5:30 instead. I always weigh a little more in the afternoon, so not concerned about the increase. Plus, 117 lb is at the high end of my maintenance weight range. Still logging the weight.
117.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week
