I just need to keep telling myself that I WILL get all my water in. That is my make it or break it obstacle for weight loss.

I keep the a glass of about 24-26 oz with me all day and then I keep a tally. If I drink 4 glasses of water, that's 100 oz! More than what I need.

My water bottle is 24oz and it has a tally bar on it which is pretty cool. I try for 4 bottle-96 oz which is more than the 64 and close to the 100 if I do half my body weight. Either way it works...as long as I am remembering to just keep drinking all day

I have a sports bottle and I take it with me everywhere...It is 24 oz and so if i keep it with me its a good way to track how much water I have had. I jsut got a vaspur bottle and its awesome because when its empty you can roll it up and put it in your purse without taking up a lot of space.

I love that it has a tally bar on it, where did you get it?

Albertsons, it was supposed to be like10.99 or 11.99 but it was 50% off so I snatched it up real quick. The tally bar thing is a piece you just twist around the lid. It counts up to 6. also the lid has a way to lock it so if the button is pushed it wont open :) I love it and it keeps the kids from spilling it.

My bottle is 32 ounces - keep it with me all the time. Usually have all of this down by the time I go home from work.

I cart mine around it's just remembering it's there and to keep drinking. I'm not really a thirsty person so I don't think about it that much.

the shrimp salad yesterday was good but,I bet it had salt in it,makes you retain water.salty foods = more water intake.

I can guarantee I eat salty foods, I just really have to remember to drink the water.
