HELLOOOO! I'm down another 6 pounds, from last week, and that puts me on cloud 9. The hard work is paying off. HooRaah!!!
315.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 September 2011:
1359 kcal Fat: 95.77g | Prot: 94.53g | Carb: 16.96g.   Breakfast: unsalted butter, Tap Water, Natural Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, extra large eggs, Original Sausage Links, Maple Bacon. Lunch: Vannila Almond Breakfast Smoothie, with just a hint of Cinnamon. Dinner: yellow mustard,  beef franks, nathan's, Dearborn Brand Spiral Glazed ham, 3 cheese blend, Kroger. Snacks/Other: Vannila Almond Breakfast Smoothie, with just a hint of Cinnamon. more...
