Slight loss. Spent the day puttering around the house and getting through my todo list. I have a plumber coming on Monday and am going to have him install a shutoff valve for the house. This meant going down into the craw-space and marking the spot I would like him to install it. I have been dreading this – but it turned out to be okay – I think the weight loss and exercise has really helped.

270.8 lb Lost so far: 35.2 lb.    Still to go: 95.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's a great feeling when you actually feel the difference after losing some weight isn't it? I used to dread doing things like that - but now I seem to handle it MUCH easier. I know exactly how you feel. Well done! Oh, and slight loss is better than no loss. I gained massively this weekend. lol.
