After making a great meal (if I do say so myself) and spending a great day with family, I spend the night being violently ill and praying that I didn't poison everyone else.
Thankfully no one else was sick.
I don't know what's wrong, what would make me so sick?
This morning I felt ok -but not normal. I took the gang to the river for a hike and rock skipping in the river, and made a nice lunch.
After lunch I just had to lay down. Here it is, two hours later and I'm feeling a little feverish. Dang! We've got plans to take them to the Buffalo Chip to watch the bull riding!
I can't be sick until tomorrow when everyone goes home!
174.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i hope your feeling better. but it sounds like what i had late last week. it kicks your butt for a couple of days then you're doing fine
