Feeling great! Off today and have my fav sis over for a visit. She is still sleeping lol. I, however, have already gone for my walk and eaten my whole grain breakfast. Also, cooking some chicken breast for lunch later. She is a lazy bum LMAO. she is way thin too but i always tell her she has fat in her muscles lol. Anyway, i plan on having a great day watching football and chillin.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
