Can't explain the weight gain, except it may be water and today took HCTZ 12.5mg and plan on drinking a gallon of water.
I know I went over with my carbs one day and have been having more cravings. Planning and measuring portion - I am on it, I now have a 1/2 cup measuring cup on my desk at work.
I think it is time to add in the exercise to the regimen - little at a time.
Walking is boring, but I do plan on fishing this weekend, that always burns more calories and raises my heartrate.

I am not going to give in, give up or get sad... I am going to get better!
186.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
