Induction Day 3 - Yay! Down another pound, take that weight! That's 2.4 in 2 days! So long 160's, hope I never see you ever again!

Now, to tackle the remaining 19 pounds!

I will remain positive and optimistic. Dare I hope for another 1 pound loss tomorrow morning?

I am going to try to get some upper body workouts in this weekend. I was hoping to some walking, but yesterday at work, we had a firedrill. I am on the 3rd floor, and they said we had to walk down the stairs. Normally, this would not bother me. But with my knee injury, this is almost impossible, never mind very painful. I did the best I could while keeping everyone waiting behind me in the stairwell. I paid for that afterwards, my knee acted up again and it hurt horribly last night. Still bad this morning. So, upper body it is for me for a while. Better than doing nothing!

Happy Friday everyone!
