I woke up this morning thinking I was going to be miserable, then felt pretty good, and now I'm sliding back to miserable. I'm going to try to stay positive though and not get to that miserable point again. Darn sinuses!!

Last night I just gave up a little on my healthy eating and was not very happy with myself for it, but today is a new day to do well. I've got my plan again and I'm going to do better. I am going to try to do some form of a workout tonight too. I think it may clear my head a little bit and leave me feeling more positive. I don't really have to think to exercise, so that's a good thing. :)

No big plans for the weekend, so I'm going to get my lunches planned and made for next week and hopefully some exercise in. It's supposed to be nice, so some outdoor time would be good. My daughter has been wanting to put our Fall decorations out since the beginning of the month, so maybe this weekend when we actually have time would be a good time to do it.

And you show a loss, too! Awesome job. Do you ever do a saline sinus wash - like NetiPot or something? It really helps me when I am suffering. I do it daily and use Nasonex...
