I think I've recovered from my weekend of working and free food. I had a headache yesterday but maybe it was from the detox of crap? Who knows, but either way I'm feeling more like myself again. Heading to the gym tonight so I'm looking forward to working out some of this soreness.
One more day until the weekend! Happy Thursday all!
223.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
