good morning! feeling good today. it is 60 degrees here in Louisville, overcast and drizzly. Thank you, Irene! at least its not 102! work went well last night. was training a new young lady and she did a great job. working with her tonight then working in morn at diff location to help out. wont get much sleep so will be tired tomorrow. gonna try and get back on track with my exercising again! its been very difficult since i have had no down time except to sleep. mom is out of rehab tho and as long as she is doing alright we can cut back on the visits and will have more home time. im doin better with my protein wheel. im learning quick! im not a big meat eater but have been adding chicken and almonds and some eggs here and there. i have found that my alternating schedule makes it difficult to have a regular work out routine so im going to have to work something out with that. but i will do it!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great that you are finding a way to increase your protein :-). Must be hard fitting exercise in an erratic schedule - but I am sure you will find a solution as you are so determined. :-)
