Still learning to live with fluctuations. Up again today after a "good" weekend ... go figure!!! Must be full of "it"!! LOL!!!

No worries ... simply stay the course, right?

Looking forward to the shortened holiday week!! Busy day today, not so much tomorrow. Got some more cleaning done this weekend. You would think it is Spring the way I've been cleaning and sorting lately. My car is full of donations ... oddball things I've had sitting around here and clothes that mom and I have become too small for!! Someone will have access to some nice things. That is a good thing!

My five for today ...

1. a "winter wonderland" look outside this morning
2. staying within my calorie range for an entire weekend!
3. a tidied up home
4. enjoying simple pleasures
5. staying the course!!

Have a wonderful Monday ... yes it is possible!!! Take care my friends ... remember we are MORE than our physical body.

I'm going to put on some music and get down and scrub my floor today. I was thinking about you this morning when I was planning that. Not going to approach it as a chore but as a fun thing. Happy day about the clothing donations. hat will feel good in lots of ways. And great news about your calories this weekend. That is definitely an achievement. Would love to be peeking out your window at the winter wonderland. Enjoy!

Cleaning is such a stress-reliever for me. I feel so accomplished when my house is nice and tidy! Some days though, wouldn't it be helpful if we could just snap our fingers like Mary Poppins and make the clutter disappear?

Mary Poppins!! I love it!! Yes ... I have often wished I could be Mary Poppins or Jeannie from "I dream of Jeannie" ... do you remember her? Or perhaps Samantha from Bewitched?

Oh yes, I do! Those were my favorite shows when I was younger. I also loved "Little House on the Prairie" and "Brady Bunch." Those were the good old days! :-)

Kudos to you for staying the course, Girlfriend! Sometimes that's not easy to do. :-)

You have inspired me to start cleaning out stuff that is just here and serves no purpose. I have things stored and will never use. Watch out Good Will here I come.

I do not understand this talk! Housework = fun? stress-reliever? I must be from a different planet. :/ Glad you had a good weekend - I'm sure the scale will reflect it soon. Maybe after you 'unload'. :)

I am so with you all on the clean house making you happy and relieving stress! Same goes for getting rid of clutter! Once upon a time I had read a book about clutter making your butt look big! LOL It actually talked about how clutter can be a symptom of other things and be related to weight gain. :)
