Lift hard last night for the first time on the new rack. It was great! I think I'm retaining. Minor soreness right now. The aching should start some time tonight.
190.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's work. It's worth the effort. I ready the other day that the #1 think you can do to slow the aging process is to keep muscle mass.

Just realized I had a Grandpa burger (and I'm not a grandpa) yesterday. That may have contributed as well. Sodium bloat? :|

Glad you're enjoying the new rack. Take care of the soreness and let those muscles rest so they can rebuild.

Don't even talk about soreness.....everything hurts. It feels so good at the time lol.

schmetterlinge... It's 3 hamburger patties, bacon, cheese, and sauce. 760 calories of fat carbs and protein in one burger. North American A&W brand.
