My foot is healing, and I did not gain during this time of inactivity. I think I will take a short walk this morning to ease back into my exercise. Of course I have had no excuse for not doing upper body workouts or seated exercise. Honesty is therapeutic. Hope all have a great day!
148.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
