I never thought I'd be relieved about the scale showing "only" 193.6. But I've been shoving some pretty crappy food in my face the past week, and my stomach feels fatter, pants are tighter too. My Slim & Sassy essential oil doesn't do shit. I don't know how to get a grip, technically I know what to do but mentally I can't go a whole day without binging on garbage. I even convince myself that I feel better after binging & I feel ill when dieting. I think if I could get away from life for a week, far away from junk good and buffets, I could re-wire myself. Like weight loss boot camp, whether organized or on my own.
193.6 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
