Not losing weight as fast as I'd like to be but it should go down during the week while I'm not running- at least this is lower than last week at this time. Can't wait to enjoy the cooler weather, which I plan to do by "shooting some hoops"-I feel very 90's- with the hubby in a minute and a long walk/jog with one of our dogs later- they'll both be happy about that. Have an awesome day everyone!
149.8 lb Lost so far: 46.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
