One of my challenges was to lose 30lbs by Labor Day !!! Needless to say I didn't make t, but at least I have lost some of my weight and still trying !!!
191.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
