feeling good, but yesterday I had some pizza!!!... Im glad the pizza is not showing today but I need to make sure I make some time to do my exercise today!
139.6 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 18.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Atkins   losing 2.7 lb a week
