Been to the doctor this morning. Another year, clean bill of health. Still wishing these pounds would go away. Just finished my healthy brunch before heading into work. Good day to all. ♡♡♡
160.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I agree about having a clean bill of health is most important. What was your doc's opinion about your weight? and weight loss?

Dr. said just keep doing what I am doing. Talked about it being a concern for me due to my sons upcoming wedding. According to their records, I was up 3 pounds. Their scales weigh heavier than mine. I weigh first thing in the morning in my birthday suit!
