Tonight was the first aquatic class and even though I have worked out twice this week and plan on it tomorrow, I still went. I have to admit that hour class had me more worn out than any workout I've done in the last two weeks.
315.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 165.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
