Whew, the scale finally budged-- we've been having a stand-off. It's the first day of my challenge. Yay! Good luck to everyone participating!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1600 kcal Fat: 48.56g | Prot: 51.86g | Carb: 255.05g.   Breakfast: asparagus, great value cranberry blend juice, Creamy Carrot Ginger Soup. Lunch: Creamy Poppyseed Dressing, spinach, tomato. Dinner: onion, avacado, summer squash, picante, great value corn, la banderita corn tortillas, Taco Seasoning Mix, flavor boost, T.S.P Chunks. Snacks/Other: Creamy Poppyseed Dressing, Edamame, ghiradelli semisweet chips, hershey's cocoa, bell pepper, red delicious apple, smucker's natural peanut butter, flaxmilk, Flaxmilk , honey, asparagus, Celery, banana. more...

Congrats to you. What a wonderful feeling. I agree I think I am going to like this challenge. Kinda forces you to look at one week at a time and also makes it easier doing it in one week increments.

Congratulations. Am hoping my scale moves Saturday morning. Then home for a few weeks and down to serious work. Would like to get below that 200 mark before winter. I agree, looking forward to all of us getting serious and making progress on this journey. Take care
