Well, down a pound....I think the pilates is helping a little bit with my weight loss...whatever it takes.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

Good job with the loss every little helps - and I am glad you are managing to find time for pilates. Do you practice with a studio, or at home? I am on a studio waiting list here but in the meantime sometimes use the Winsor Pilates tapes which are good. Yoga is good for my back, although the next day my body doesnt think so! Kath x
