So here's what I need advice on: I have two business dinners and 1 social dinner in a row this week. Normally I eat really light in the evening so this has the potential for blowing my diet. Any good strategies for eating out with others and eating light?

195.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

eat vegetable based - like giant mushrooms (instead of meat), skip the bread and if you need to have desert then just have half of whatever you want!!!

go with an entree sized salad, no dessert, or just the soup.

Good suggestions. I think planning ahead for it is really good. It's too tempting to have just a bite of the group's appetizer, or to order dessert when everyone orders dessert.
