it's coming off slower now but still coming off. I ate too many carbs yesterday and was hungry after dinner so cutting back on the cottage cheese and mixed berries.... sad face that was really yummy lol
277.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
