Just arrived home from the gym. Going to do housework and have a light dinner. I think I learned how to use the elliptical trainer today, I'll try it harder tomorrow.

Thanks mars2kids.
I started going to the gym less than 2 weeks ago (same time I started paying attention to what I eat): did the weights twice and the cardio machines 4 times. I'm still trying to figure out a schedule that works for me :)
For now I'll try weights on Mondays and Thursdays, so tomorrow it's time for another elliptical trainer lesson with the trainers.
