Can you share what kind of a diet/exercise you followed in this 9 day cleanse.. would be really helpful.

Hey Sishimaru, I just saw the comment you left me. Sorry for the delay in my response. To answer your question, I did the Fat Smash 9 day cleanse. I believe I have the plan buried in my email somewhere, if you're interested. Just let me know. I only did the cleanse, but there is a whole plan you can follow...Cleanse, ongoing weight loss, maintenance. There are four phases. I'm not sure which phase I'm missing. Thank you for your support😀
