I ate the right food yesterday but feel like I didnt!... woke up feeling bloated and heavy... hmmm may be Im just a bit tired... its been a busy week
139.8 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
