I could just scream...I had a great weekend and didn't cheat at all. I've been 100% commited and I only lost 1 lb this weekend, that stinks! I guess it's better then gaining but I pumped up my work out and have been busting my butt...I thought I would see more then a lb gone. Well, I guess this is just reason to work harder.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.8 lb a week

i know that feeling, but yes, at least it went down!!!! i don't know what kind of scale you use, but you do have to remember that muscle weighs more than fat...so using a scale that tells you those percentages is super useful, you know? so if you are working out hardcore and developing more muscle, it will reflect less in the weight number. anyhow, you are doing really REALLY well, and don't get discouraged. keep up the hard work!

You are doing fine! Keep up the good work. And remember, the weight has to come off at a reasonable speed so that you can keep it off. I know we all like instant gratification but sometimes slow is better.

i try not to obsess over the number on the scale. Instead I have a pair of pants I have been trying on since I started this diet and every week or so I try them on. So encouraging to see how much looser they are each week. In the beginning they were about 3 in. from even buttoning, now they are very loose. I love it. Much more encouraging than steppin on a scale everyday. But I do that too!!
