It's only natural to have gained weight after Spike day, and today I have. I gained a whopping two kilos, just about the same as last week. Last week's spike day I moved somewhat more around since we were at the concert all day, and yesterday it was horrible weather and we just stayed here at home.
However, it's worth noticing that last week's spike day put me almost a month back if I look at when I last weighed what I weighed that day. This week, it puts me back to last Tuesday. Not bad. (I hope it makes sense what I'm trying to say).
So now the race begins again. Will I lost 2+ kgs before Saturday morning, so I can claim a weight loss again? Of course I can! Question is only how MUCH I will lose. :)
Life is good.

It was allright, though I spent most of the time feeling bad about over-eating. I did have that pizza that I've been craving, and enjoyed that. I am, however, starting to see a pattern of snack cravings on the day after spike day. I don't like that one bit. I had gotten rid of that craving, almost 100%, and I do NOT want it back. I hope this is not gonna be a reoccurring thing every Sunday. :(

I read somewhere that, that is the one of downfalls of the spike diet... That you may "carry on" overeating on your normal days. I guess you will have to see how it goes. If all else fails, you know there are alternative ways to loose weight fast :-)

Trust me, EVERY day - including spike day - I watch my calories like a HAWK. I eat what equals 2x my resting metabolic rate on my spike days, or as close to as I can possibly get. It will be calculated that very morning, first thing after my weigh-in. I do want the spike day to push my weight loss further, but I do NOT want to let go and just eat away like I did in the old days. Every thing will calculated to the best of my abilities. Every day. Always. :) Obsessive much? You bet! :)
