Doing pretty good sticking to my diet - I'm having a "hungry week" for some reason, but I am doing well at sticking to the plan overall. I'm sure we'll see more progress over the next month.

I agreed to do a photo shoot in early October so I really want to lose at LEAST another 8-10 pounds over the next 2 months. I need to come up with a better cardio plan if I'm going to see that kind of weight loss continue. I will of course cut water weight before the shoot as well, but I want to lose about 8 pounds of mass as well. Wish me luck <3
137.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
